Why your Online & Offline Brand Must be Intertwined {video}

I see this way too often –  a business owner hires a rockstar social media manager to manage their online presence but isn’t doing their job to make sure their business is what it’s suppose to be. In video I will give you a few examples on how your brand must be intertwined.

Here are my thoughts!

Hi Vicky !

You got it right . Our brand must be consistent . The user experience , the colours , the language , the graphics , the pictures , everything .

Be healthy and smile .

Oh gosh Vicky! It’s like you’re reading my mind. :D I love your video. I can very well relate to this. Having done online reputation management for a hotel and restaurant, I definitely agree to everything you said in this video. No matter how much fans are raving about your contests, pictures, and posts on your social media channels, you need to give them the same experience in your establishment. If not, your awesome Facebook page will then become a hub for unsatisfied customers to vent their frustrations over and over.

Oh my goodness, Karen! You said it better than I could of hoped to say! Right on girl! I consulted a restaurant a few days prior to shooting this video and they had that issue. Hope you are well! <3

Congruency is the word that I think of when watching your video. Great message. And something that far too many business owners don’t pay enough attention to. The thing is, they think it doesn’t matter – and they underestimate it’s importance.

They can’t get objective enough to see the truth – that a lack of congruency sends a mixed message, and mixed messages confuse and frustrate potential customers. Perfect reason why they need somebody like you Vicky. Thanks for the reminder.

Cameron, I appreciate your comment so so much! And thank you so much for the YouTube advice you gave me!

You are so right! Congruency would better describe what I meant! Man, this whole word this is hard! Thank you so much for your insights, your comment means a lot! Have a great weekend!

Great insight Vicky, you’re so right – that disconnect can be fatal to a business. The whole business setup must be on point so that customers return and recommend.
